Ingredients:
Strawberries - 10 - 14
Milk - 800 ml
Raw Rice - 3 tsp
Sugar - 8 - 10 tsp
Tinned Evaporated milk - 6-8 tsp
Almonds,Pistachios
Method:
Chop Strawberries. Make puree with half of them. Keep chopped almonds and pistachios ready.
Soak rice for 1/2 hour and grind them to a coarse consistency. Boil Milk. Keep it in low flame. Add the rice paste and sugar and keep stirring in regular intervals for about 15 minutes. It should reach a semi thick consistency stage.
At this stage switch off the stove. Allow it cool in room temperature. Then add the puree that we had prepared followed by the tinned evaporated milk. This can be added in the beginning stage along with rice paste and sugar. Now mix thoroughly well. Refrigerate and serve.
