Now this is one dish which is really simple and can be done less than 5 minutes if you have the necessary ingredients and of course a mixie!!! This goes well with sambar rice or even upma.
Ingredients:
Yam pieces - 3/4 cup
Green chillies - 1
Mustard - 1 tsp
Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
Curd - 2 cups
Salt
Method:
Peel the outer skin of yam. Chop them into small pieces. In a mixie jar,except curd,put all the ingredients. Add water. Grind to a smooth paste. Transfer it to a bowl. Add curd, salt and mix well.
